1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ninogames website at ninogames.vip, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ninogames, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ninogames account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ninogames reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings, bonuses, or balances associated with such accounts.

When registering your ninogames account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ninogames login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ninogames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ninogames support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ninogames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ninogames does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ninogames reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the ninogames account cashier. ninogames aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

ninogames does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ninogames accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ninogames may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time each offer is made.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

ninogames reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ninogames platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ninogames uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ninogames reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ninogames will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ninogames platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ninogames games or systems.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

ninogames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated winnings and balances. ninogames may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

ninogames does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ninogames shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity that are beyond its reasonable control.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of ninogames to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ninogames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ninogames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ninogames account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms
